Bumps in the Night

Anyone who has spent a night alone at home, or anywhere else, knows about those bumps in the night. Those eerie sounds that are heard at night. A squeak, a bump, something falling or scattering. Those sounds can be unnerving. Specially when you live alone and sleep alone as I do.

I'm not new to these noises. I hear them quite often. Most are easily explained. A loose board, something being blown by the wind, wild animals, etc.

Sometimes there's no explanation, specially when accompanied by other strange phenomena.

Last night I stayed up late.

I'm sitting at my desk table in the living room. It's just a little past midnight. I'm glued to the computer screen. I'm watching a video on YouTube. If I remember correctly it's a video about King Henry VIII. It's about his horrible eating habits. The man was a true glutton.

I'm sitting there watching the video, very attentive. Suddenly I hear a sound. It sounds as if two clay or ceramic objects come in contact with each other and make a low grinding and clinking sound. As if someone was setting down a clay pot on a clay dish and a dragging clinking sound is made. The sound is very sudden and not very loud. But I hear it none-the-less. 

 I immediately look up from the screen. Directly in front of me is another table. I have three plants on it, actually four, but I often refer to two of them as a single plant because there two in the same pot. On one end of the table is a peace lily, I named it Lily. At the other end of the table closest to me is a pot with two plants. Both are dracaena plants. I call them The Twins. I acquired both in the same pot from the store and they have been together ever since. In the middle is the third plant. It's a money tree plant. I named it Mari because it looks like marijuana. 

In front of that table is another smaller table with another plant. It's an areca palm. I named that one Pam. 

 

So there I am, watching a video. I hear the bump in the night. I immediately look up and to my surprise I see The Twins swaying. It's a gently sway. The Twins are the two dracaena plants closest to me. This baffles me. Makes me wonder why they're swaying. I wonder if my cat is nearby and maybe bumped onto the table. I get up and walk over and take a look around the table. The cat's not there.

I heard the bump, my chair didn't move. My table didn't move. I didn't see anything else move. But I saw The Twins swaying as if blown by wind or as if they had been bumped onto.

I decide to investigate further. I go to my office where I keep the security camera recorder. I log into the security system and look at the footage. I see myself sitting at the table very attentive on the video I'm watching. Suddenly I see The Twins and Lily both swaying at the same time as if blown by wind or as if they had been bumped onto by something. To my surprise Mari, which sits between The Twins and Lily is not swaying at all. Neither is Pam which is on the smaller table right in front of the other plants. 

This really baffles me. I review the footage several times. I want to see if I missed something. But nothing else is there. It's just me watching the video. I see myself look up after hearing the bump. I see only The Twins and Lily swaying gently. Nothing else moves.

After reviewing the footage several times I return to my table and sit down. I reach out and very lightly tap the table in front of me, the one with the plants. A very gentle tap causes all the plants to shake a little. All the plants, including Mari in the middle. But in the footage I saw only The Twins and Lily swaying. 

Fucking unbelievable! Absolutely unbelievable.

This didn't scare me. I've had many paranormal encounters in the past. This is just the most recent. 

My Astral Travels

 I had decided to not write about my astral travels, my lucid dreams. But I have given it more thought and have decided that there is nothing wrong with sharing my experiences with the general public through this blog.

However, there are some instances in which I will not divulge my experiences. In the astral, and in our dreams, we sometimes encounter entities that are real. These entities can be helpers. They can help us, they can instruct us. This can be very personal. I will not divulge anything that is very personal nor anything that is forbidden for me to  divulge. But my general experiences, the places I go to, the sites I see, the entities I encounter (unless prohibited), the creatures I encounter, etc., I will write about.

That being said, it's been a very long time since I have had an astral travel experience. Mostly because I have not been practicing my exercises. But now I will continue with my exercises. I practice pranayama, specifically and exercise called ham-sah. I also practice the faraon mantra. These exercises are discussed in detail in many of the books written by Samael Aun Weor. Anyone wishing to explore the astral world can get instructions from his books. One particular book is "Dream Yoga" by Samael Aun Weor.

One day while searching for books on Amazon I found another similarly titled book. It was written by someone else. I didn't bother reading the book. The title was to similar to Samael Aun Weor's book title. Made me wonder if the other writer was plagiarizing.

Anyway, here I go. I'm gonna continue with my exercises. From past experience it can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months before I wake up in the dream world. I'll post my updates later. 

 

MAGAts Are Idiots

 MAGAts are disgusting creatures. They are not known to be bright. They are very dim, actually their bulbs are completely burned out.

 

MAGAts hate brown people. Trump and his regime hate brown people. Trump promised the MAGAts that he would get rid of "those illegals." Those "illegal immigrants. Reading between the lines he meant to say Latinos. He accused "those illegals" of draining the system of its social benefits. This infuriated the MAGAts. In their eyes, if Trump would get rid of "those illegals" there would be more of these social benefits for themselves.  MAGAts were envisioning larger freebie checks. They voted for Trump in droves.

WTF did the MAGAts believe? Did they believe Trump cared about them? Evidently they did, and there are many left-over MAGAts who still believe he cares for them. They never took notice that when Trump was elected he had a meeting with American oligarchs, not with the American people. He had a meeting with CEOs of large, well known, US based international businesses, not with the common MAGAts that voted for him. Trump was more interested in reaching agreements with the oligarchs. No town meetings with the MAGAts to further hear their concerns. Trump was finished with them. He got what he wanted; their vote. Once he got what he wanted the MAGAts went to the back burner. Just keep them there until needed again.

And if Trump can really have it his way he will never have any need for his MAGAts again. He had already told them that all he wanted was their vote. The MAGAts didn't read between the lines. They didn't understand that he doesn't care about them. He told them he just wanted their votes, never did he say that he cared for them. And he has shown it. He has taken away various types of public assistance from everyone including his MAGAts. Now the MAGAts that thought they would get larger freebie checks are finding out that Trump is taking benefits from them too.

 He had already told them that if they voted for him they would never have to vote again. The MAGAts didn't read between the lines. He meant what he said. He wants to do away with voting. He wants to do away with Democracy. He wants an oligarchy where he and his cronies are at the top and control everything and the masses are just their subjects, never allowed to vote again.

The MAGAts never saw this coming. They are idiots, filled with hate. They hate brown people and they voted for Trump because he shares that same hate with them. But little did they know that Trumps is full of hate. Not only does he hate brown people, he hates his opponents regardless of their color. He already told the world. He told the world that he hates his opponents. His MAGAts haven't realized this yet, but he hates them too.

WTF did the MAGAts expect? They voted with their hate for a hate filled monster and now the world has to deal with their stupidity.

 

 MAGAts are such repulsive, disgusting, creatures. MAGAts are idiots. They are not smart. Trump said that too but in an indirect manner. Trump said "Smart people don't like me." He was correct, smart people don't like him, dumb people do. Trump implied that less smart people like him. The MAGAts didn't catch this. Dear Leader considers his followers stupid.

Green River and Wood Grain

This will most likely be the last astral travel experience that I post about.

Traveling in the astral is a magical experience. The astral world is the world we will all go to when we close our eyes and go to sleep for the last time never to return to this life again.

Being able to enter the astral world and see it beforehand is a great experience. I'm happy to have had many opportunities to experience lucid dreams, OBE, or astral travels, whatever you want to call it. It has certainly made me less afraid of the afterlife. Having been there already I know what it looks like. It's magical. In many respects it is very much like our physical world. There are people, there are animals, there are cities, there are forests, etc. But it is also very different from our world. The same natural laws that apply here do not apply there. We are lighter. We can jump and stay afloat. We can walk out in the rain and not get wet. The colors are more vivid and scintillating. There are creatures there that don't exist here. Walking through a doorway or a window can lead us into an entire different scene, like walking through a portal into another world.

My most recent astral trip started as a normal dream, as is the case most of the time. Wednesday night I went to bed and fell asleep. I went into a dream.

Episode 1 

I'm riding my electric bike along a dirt trail in the hills. I reach a point where I turn left and the path goes downhill. As I'm riding downhill I suddenly remember that I forgot my backpack. I turn  back to retrieve it. I return to the place where I was meeting with a man and having a conversation.

"I forgot my back and am back to get it." I said to him. 

He invites me to some coffee but I decline and tell him I will accept a rain check and we can have coffee at a later date. He agrees and begins to write on a sheet of paper. It is an IOU for a cup of coffee. The rain check.

But a second man appears out of nowhere and takes the rain check. The first man proceeds to write another one for me. 

Episode 2

I'm back on my electric bike. Now I'm riding back up the hill I had been on earlier. Suddenly the dirt road turns into a thick flowing river of green pudding. I'm going against the thick green waves of pudding. I call it green pudding because that is what it resembles. It's green like the color of jade. It's opaque and viscous. But it flows more like warm honey or some thick hot syrup.

As I continue to ride uphill against the downhill flow of the green pudding river I become lucid. I realize that I'm in a dream.

 

Sweeeeet! I've been waiting for this moment. Now that I'm awake in my dream I consciously continue uphill.

Episode 3

At some point I find myself inside of a building or cabin that I believe is at the top of the hill I was on. I stand there in a room conscious of my lucidity. I remember how exiting the building we're in can lead us to a completely different scene (world) so I decide to go out and explore the astral. I do this often when I'm astral projecting.

I see a door and decide to go through it. It leads to a staircase that goes down. I begin to walk down the stairs. As I do I take note of the steps on the stairs. They are made of solid wood. The wood grain is clearly visible. It's beautiful. It looks like a golden brown oak wood grain. I observe the rest of the staircase and see that it is entirely made of the same solid wood. The wood grain is very beautiful. As I reach a door at one of the stairway landings I notice that even the door knob is made of wood. It also shows the same beautiful wood grain.

Episode 4

I walk through that door and find myself in a small kitchen. The floor is also solid wood. The walls are made of wood panels. There is a round table and one or two chairs and they are also made of the same solid wood. The wood grain is splendid. I'm positive it's a golden oak wood grain.

 

There is a tumbler on the table. It is full of milk. At this moment I realize that I'm a bit hungry so I pick up the tumbler and begin to drink the milk. As I drink the milk I begin to get glimpses of green foliage, as if I were getting glimpses of a forest or the woods. 

It's common for scenes to gradually shift and change from one scene into another when we're in the astral. And that is what I was expecting when I began to get glimpses of green foliage as I drank the milk. Sweeeet, I though to myself. I'm going into another scene, realm, world, etc.

Unfortunately this didn't happen. Instead I gradually began to lose my lucidity and within a few moments I awoke back on my bed in my room.

I lay there in bed and attempted to recollect as much as I could about this astral trip and the normal dreams that had led up to the lucid state. 

I lay there in bed, motionless with my eyes closed. Suddenly the alarm sounded. It was 4:30 am Thursday morning. Time for me to get up and get ready for the work day. 

The Face of the Black Lodge

I have read many of Samael Aun Weor's books. He discusses in length the difference between the white lodge and the black lodge and their modes of operation. I have also been aware that the black lodge holds many high places. As a result I often times wondered who these black magicians in high places are, or who they could be. 

Well, I don't wonder about it as much anymore. At least four prominent ones have been on the news lately.

 

Marseilles

 I'm sitting here at home watching videos on YouTube. I really enjoy watching videos about the paranormal, extraterrestrials, UFOs, and conspiracy theories. The video I'm watching now is about Princess Diana's last words before her fatal accident. 

"Diana spoke about reptilians the night before the accident" is the title of the video.

I haven't watched the whole video yet. It has just started. But I decided to pause the video and make this post.

So here's the scoop. A few years ago I had one of those lucid dreams, astral travels, out of body experiences, or whatever you want to call it. I have had many of them, but this particular one stands out because it was the one that lasted the longest. It was lasting so long that I began to wonder how much longer it was going to be before I returned to the vigil (waking) state.

Eventually I did return to the physical world. And when I woke up I clearly remembered asking a man what the name of the town was. It sounded like he had said Mercier. It sounded French to me. Upon waking up I decided to do some research to find out if that town existed and if so, where. I was mostly unsuccessful but I did discover that there is a town called Mercier in Quebec, Canada. I researched that town and was left feeling that this isn't the town I had visited in the astral. After some time I gave up the research. It wasn't very important to me anyway. I just wanted to make a connection between the town I had visited in the astral and a possible real-life town.

Now, back to today. As I sat and watched the video I heard the narrator mention a town called Marcielles. It is in France. I paused the video. Got on this blogger to post about it and did a little research. I discovered that Marcielles is indeed a town in France. Although it is spelled different it is pronounced similar to Mercier. Now I'm thinking that the man in that astral travel experience probably said Marcielles, not Mercier.

I looked at pictures of Marcielles, France, and yes, those pictures do remind me of that town I visited in the astral. The town I visited in the astral was next to a large body of water. Just like Marcielles, France.

 

Dream Recollection II

 As I continue with my dream recollection exercises my dream recollection improves. Whereas in the beginning I could recollect only a few tidbits of information I'm now recollecting much more.

This morning I recorded another dream.

        Episode 1

 

I'm in an area that reminds me of Adams Point in Oakland. It's a hilly area on the west side of Lake Merritt. I used to live there many years ago.

I'm riding an electric bike. It is beige colored. It is low, such as in the low-rider fashion. I believe it is a low-rider bike.

I'm at a location and decide to ride away. Initially I'm riding down hill. I reach a cross street and make a left turn. Now I'm riding up hill. I'm pedaling the bike. Pedal-assist is on and the bike swiftly and effortlessly rolls up hill.

Just in front of me is a guy in a regular bike. He's pedaling his bike up hill. He is effortlessly pedaling up hill.

At the top of the hill is a building into which we both ride our bikes into what appears to be the entrance to the garage area or a lobby area. Towards the left is an elevator. The guy heads in that direction.

I pause in that lobby-like area. 

        Episode 2

 

 I'm still in what I believe to be the Lake Merritt area. Now I'm in the east side of the lake. I'm walking along the sidewalk. I'm observing the beautiful buildings and the lush gardening.

The buildings are tall, about ten stories high, maybe more. They appear to be apartment buildings. They are made of brick walls that give them the appearance of beautiful vintage buildings.

I see a few people outside. Some are sitting outside. I continue to admire the picturesque scene. I decide to take pictures with my phone. 

As I'm taking pictures I see a woman appear to want to hide her face. I say to her that I'm not photographing her.

        Episode 3

Someone is telling me a few things about those apartment buildings and the residents. He says that there are many rooms in those buildings and that the residents dress very well. 

I enter one of those buildings and walk along the halls. I remember that the guy telling me about these buildings and the residents had also said that the rooms were not actually rooms. 

As I walk through one of the hall ways I see what he meant. The living quarters are not actually fully walled in.The living quarters look more like enclosures in museums. They are enclosures built into the walls without any type of wall nor door on the hallway side of living quarter.

 

Each living quarter is made of two spaces. A larger space that serves as the main living quarters and a smaller space that serves as a closet or storage space. Some residents use the smaller space as a display for any collection of items. One resident has a collection of very beautiful and fancy shoes and boots.

I walk along the hallway and observe the main living quarters of another resident. His bed is plainly visible. I continue along the hallway and I reach a vendor. She's an Asian woman who is selling  various figurines. They are figurines of people, animals, etc. They appear to be made of jade but may be glass. They are a pale green color. I ask if they are jade or glass and she says they are glass.

 

They are beautiful none-the-less and decide that I would like to have one. My attention is drawn to one of a squatting boy. He's wearing a brimmed hat. The head of the figurine comes off at the neck. The figurine is actually an ink container for a fountain or quill pen. I believe it's a figurine of Huckleberry Finn. I pick up the figurine and see the price underneath it. The price is $43. I decide it's a bit too much and wish it was more like $23. I decide to not buy it and I put it back down. 

        Episode 4

I want to leave the building so I head towards the stairwell at the end of the hall. As I'm walking down the stairs I encounter another man in the stairwell. I tell him I want to leave the building and if he can show me the way out. He tells me to continue down the stairs and at the bottom is a door. He tells me something about the door handle/knob but I don't remember what he said. For some reason I decide to walk back up the stairs. As I'm walking back up the stairs I notice that the entire inside of the stairway and even the hallways themselves are made of or covered in colorful tile work. Even the hand rails are covered in beautiful and colorful tile work.

 

        Episode 5 

 I'm outside again. I look back at the building(s) I have just exited. I see their outer brick facades and remember the beautiful, colorful tile work on the inside.

I see that at least one, maybe more, of the buildings is cone shaped. The building I'm looking at is a multi-story, conical-shaped building with outer brick walls.

 

        Episode 6

As I'm standing there observing the scene I see many of the locals walking along the sidewalks. Almost all of them are very well dressed in their own ways. They're wearing colorful suits and matching shoes. One guy is dancing along the sidewalk. 

I look up the street but instead of a paved street I see a river. I can see the sidewalks along the banks of the river and the buildings along the sidewalks.

The river is full. The water is running down stream at a very fast rate. I realize that the river flows into Lake Merritt.

 

There are people outside and along the sidewalk. Three guys suddenly jump into the water and let the current carry them away. At first I don't see any danger in them doing so as long as they can stay afloat. The water will simply carry them down stream into Lake Merritt where the waters are tranquil. There they can simply swim out. But then I realize there are large rocks/boulders just under the surface of the water and it dawns on me that the rushing water can hurl a person onto them causing serious or even fatal injuries.
